I’ve been working my power zones in Stryd, trying to adjust my stats to suit the training I need to do for my upcoming event. Today I created a custom pace-based workout in Training Peaks and synced it to Zwift Running. I was way off in the effective watts, but it was still a good workout. Then I set the treadmill to 22% and hiked to see what the effect on power in the Stryd Droid App would be. For more check out https://www.sevensummitsbody.com
