So what’s the difference between recording with the TickrX in Zwift vs. the stats accumulated by the same run in RunCline/Stryd? Yesterday I posted the TickrX calibration video and also recorded with RunCline App on iPad at the same time so I could compare in Training Peaks.
Watch the video as I merge and strip fields and run the Training Peaks Analyze tab to compare.
TLDR: depending on your own FTP/CP/rFTP which sets your Power Zones, which will affect your TSS score, the rest is almost insignificant.
NOTE: RunCline is an amazing app and if you have a Stryd Footpod you totally need it and it’s free right now too. The reason I’m using it to compare with TickrX stats is because I know and trust RunCline/Stryd for a high degree of accuracy so it’s the benchmark by which I would measure the TickrX from Wahoo Fitness. If you were using Stryd for your Zwifting, you wouldn’t need TickrX.
