How-to: Custom Cycling Workout in Zwift?
Do you need to create your own custom cycling workout in Zwift? Let’s try it together. It’s my first time too. I had shoulder surgery so need to cut my watts down to a nice steady hour at 145 watts. I don’t know what that is for my w/kg or FTP% but it turned out to be just into Zone 2. Nice. Don’t miss my little bit of outtakes at the end.
