    12-3-30-Treadmill Survey Request

In 2014 I published “Summit Success: Training for Hiking, Mountaineering, and Peak Bagging” based on 8 years of my own training, with the generous input of several hundred of my most loyal social media followers. The Incline Treadmill Workouts were the most favorably received, and the best logistical choice for my readers, so in 2018 I created “Rucking Simple Treadmill Training Program” an introductory manual to building your own Weighted Backpack Incline Treadmill Workouts. How-to Do a Custom Workout in Zwift Cycling (redo)

Yesterday I did a custom cycling workout in Zwift. I made one mistake. I put my headshot insert in the corner where the workout file went. Well Drat. So I did a new workout today and here you can watch these simple instructions for how to do it yourself. Again, no training principles, just a good solid hour off Zone 3 with a warmup and cooldown. Hang tight and I’ll show you how to build your own workout to help you achieve your training goals. Powered by WPeMatico

How-to: Custom Cycling Workout in Zwift?

Do you need to create your own custom cycling workout in Zwift? Let’s try it together. It’s my first time too. I had shoulder surgery so need to cut my watts down to a nice steady hour at 145 watts. I don’t know what that is for my w/kg or FTP% but it turned out to be just into Zone 2. Nice. Don’t miss my little bit of outtakes at the end. Powered by WPeMatico

How to Batch Import from Runcline to Stryd Power Center (and fix a couple of Training Peaks files)

This took way longer than needed, but hey, I got it done. First of all, Runcline App does not auto-export to Stryd so I had to get all those from my emails and wonder of wonders, Stryd allows a batch import. Check that out! Then I fixed a couple of overlapping files in Training Peaks that were pushed by Stryd which turned out to be a real bear. Prepare for the frustration. Later I’ll show you how to upload all the Runcline files into their associated Training Peaks files. Powered by WPeMatico
